Anderson H1N1 Clinics Cancelled

Last updated on Friday, October 30, 2009

(ANDERSON, IN) - Planned school clinics to vaccinate students in Madison County against H1N1 flu have been canceled.

Kelly Kellie with the Madison County Health Department says they've decided to do vaccinations at public sites.

She says if they were to vaccinate students at school, they may not get through all of the school system until early or late February.

Madison County was hoping to receive 20,000 doses of the H1N1 flu vaccine by now, instead they have received about 7,700 doses.
