(LAFAYETTE, IN) - A Lafayette man who had his nine-year-old daughter drive him around their neighborhood while he was allegedly drunk will spend 18 months behind bars.
33-year-old Matthew Dewitt was sentenced Tuesday in Tippecanoe Superior Court for felony neglect.
Dewitt told police he allowed his daughter to drive, but denied drinking inside the minivan.
