(BRAZIL, IN) - A man is now out on bond after hitting a squad car with his truck.
The Clay County Sheriff's Department says 41-year-old Douglas Froderman was drunk driving when he allegedly hit a Brazil Police Department squad car that was parked in the Police Department parking lot.
He is charged with leaving the scene of an accident, operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating with a blood alcohol content of point one five percent or higher.
Froderman is out on bond awaiting court proceedings.
