(FORT WAYNE, IN) - A Fort Wayne man is back in police custody less than a day after he was released from prison, accused of dousing his ex-girlfriend’s car with gasoline and setting it on fire.
31-year-old Gerald Mitchell was released from jail this month after serving more than a year on drug charges.
He now faces two counts of arson and is being held in the Allen County Jail.
