(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Indianapolis based Mikes Car Wash was one of only 15 companies nationwide named as a top small workplace by the “Wall Street Journal.”
Mikes was the only Indiana based operation listed on the annual report released Monday.
Mikes Car Wash CEO Bill Dahm says their employees are the real reason for their success.
According to the WSJ, Mike's Carwash has earned a reputation for stellar service by rigorously vetting even entry-level job candidates and then reducing turnover through heavy training and incentives.
Some of those incentives include tuition reimbursement and profit sharing.
