(FORT WAYNE, IN) - Authorities believe a homeless man was trying to get out of the rain Wednesday when he slid underneath a box truck near Fairfield Avenue and Pearl Street in Fort Wayne.
51-year-old Timothy Davis was killed when the driver got into the vehicle and backed over him.
Investigators believe Davis might have been asleep prior to the accident.
