(NOBLESVILLE, IN) - Marcus Schrenker is back in Indiana.
The former financial adviser was taken to the Hamilton County jail shortly before 2:00PM Monday.
The 38-year-old is now facing 11 felony counts related to his investment businesses in Indiana.
His initial court appearance is set for this afternoon.
Schrenker was recently given 51 months in federal prison for the January 11th plane crash in which he tried to fake his own death near Florida.
