(LOGANSPORT, IN) - The Department of Natural Resources is investigating human remains found Sunday night along the Wabash River in Northern Carroll County.
Witnesses say a man's foot inside a boot was found about a quarter of a mile downstream from the Carroll County/Cass county line.
Investigators from several local agencies have been working with DNR detectives to review local missing person reports.
