(TIPTON, IN) - A massive manufacturing facility in Tipton that a Chrysler supplier stopped building last year is now up for sale.
Indianapolis real estate company Colliers Turley Martin Tucker is marketing the 781,500 square foot factory along US 31, carrying a $46 million price tag.
Colliers Executive Vice President Patrick Lindley says the plant took more than $100 million to build.
