(UNDATED) - Her grieving parents say two-year-old drowning victim Megan Mcnair was wearing a life jacket and “swimmies” (inflatable flotation devices) when she fell from a canoe on the Driftwood River.
Her body was found downstream from a logjam that searchers dismantled earlier.
The life jacket and "swimmies" were gone.
But conservation officer Angela Goldman with the Indiana Department of Natural Resources warns against drawing any conclusions.
