(WAKARUSA, IN) - The mayor of Elkhart is reacting to president Barack Obama’s fourth visit to the region, applauding his administration for efforts to help communities rebound from the recession.
Mayor Dick Moore says he personally thanked Obama for his economic stimulus plan, which previously pumped $38 million dollars into Elkhart County.
