School Board Member Fails Sobriety Test

(LAWRENCE) - A Lawrence Township School Board Member is in trouble after a confrontation with conservation officers at Geist Reservoir.

It started when Adam Goldstein's wife was cited for a violation on the pontoon boat she was operating.

Adam Goldstein, who was in training to be a reserve officer with Fortville Police, was on the boat, and returned in a squad car, wearing his uniform and weapon.

Goldstein failed a sobriety test.

He's been dismissed from the force.
