(INDIANAPOLIS) - Indianapolis Metro Police have no suspects and no motive in a northeast side shooting.
24-year-old Marquis Lynn Hawkins was pronounced dead last night after being rushed to a hospital.
Officials say Hawkins was shooting off fireworks with his girlfriend at their residence, Lynn left the complex to get more fireworks and when his girlfriend went outside to check on him, she found him lying on the ground shot.
Anyone with information about the homicide is asked to contact crime stoppers at 262-tips.
