(INDIANAPOLIS) - Wishard Health Services has announced three funding scenarios to build a new 754-million dollar campus in Indianapolis.
Officials for Health and Hospital Corporation of Marion County say up to 703 million dollars in low-interest public bonds would be needed for the project.
