(TERRE HAUTE) - The Indiana State University Board of Trustees has approved a 3.9 percent tuition and fee increase for each of the next two academic years.
The hike amounts to 139 dollars more for in-state students in 2009-2010 and 144 dollars more in 2010-2011.
