Five Held Hostage In Speedway

(SPEEDWAY) - Five people were held hostage at gunpoint last night in speedway.

Indianapolis Metro Police say a mother and her two children managed to escape.

Police negotiators were able to talk the suspect into releasing his last two hostages and turn himself in.

Police say there was a protective order between the suspect and his girlfriend, one of the hostages.
