(CONNERSVILLE) - Connersville declared itself a carbon nation Wednesday.
Carbon Motors Corporation has selected the city's old Visteon Plant as the site for manufacturing its state-of-the-art police car.
Some financial details including federal funding need to be finalized, but the company expects production will begin in 2012.
