Commission For Higher Education Recommends Tuition Targets

Last updated on Thursday, July 23, 2009

(UNDATED) - The Indiana Commission for Higher Education just this month recommended tuition targets for state-supported colleges and universities.

The state budget committee wants to know if the schools were listening.

The commission recommended no more than a 5% increase in tuition and fees each year at Purdue.

The university trustees approved 11 ½% next school year, and another 5% the following year.
