(BRAZIL) - Authorities say a Brazil man died from injuries sustained in a three-vehicle accident Monday on US 40 in front of the Brazil Wal-Mart.
79-year-old William Shields was pronounced dead at an area hospital following the crash.
Another driver, 74-year-old Madonna McHargue was treated for minor injuries.
