8 And 18-Year-Old Shot In Head

(INDIANAPOLIS) - An 8-year-old boy and an 18-year-old man were shot in the head Wednesday night at an Indianapolis apartment complex.

Police say 27-year-old Joshua Germany has been arrested in connection with the shooting.

The child is in critical condition and the teen is stable.

Investigators blame domestic violence for the shooting.
