(UNDATED) - An Indiana state trooper has resigned rather than face disciplinary action over pictures and statements posted to the internet and deemed inappropriate by his superiors.
Trooper Christopher Pestow was accused of four incidents of conduct unbecoming an officer, one violation of department policy and improper use of department equipment; his laptop computer.
