I-STEP Test Score Trends Announced

Last updated on Wednesday, June 17, 2009

(UNDATED) - The Washington D.C. based center on education policy released I-STEP test score trends dating back to when the no child left behind act was signed into law in 2002.

The study tracked scores in reading and math through the 2007-2008 school years.

The center's president, Jack Jennings, says the results were generally mixed for Indiana students at all achievement levels in elementary, middle and high school.

He says the study could reach no conclusions about overall increases or decreases in achievement in the state.
