(MUNCIE) - Authorities say an Indianapolis man was under the influence of marijuana when his car collided with a train at a Muncie crossing in January 2008, fatally injuring his father and seriously injuring another passenger.
25-year-old Bobby Griffin was formally charged Wednesday with causing death while driving vehicle with a controlled substance in his blood. If convicted, Griffin faces up to ten years in prison for the crime.
