Indiana Earns 7th Place

(INDIANA) - Indiana earned 7th place against all other states in the Ducks Unlimited National Convention.

Duck's Unlimited is the world's leading wetland conservation organization.

For a state to be considered, DU volunteers must increase fundraising efforts, and increase volunteer membership.

The volunteers' mission is to help raise funding to go towards the protection of wetlands across the nation.

The United States continues loses around 80,000 acres of wetlands each year.
