Housing Sales Decline 20 Percent Since Last Year

Last updated on Wednesday, June 24, 2009

(UNDATED) - May home sales in Indiana have declined almost 20 percent over last year at this time, while the median price of existing homes has dipped just over four percent in the same period.

The median price for a home in Indiana is now $110,100 compared with $115,000 a year ago.

Only Adams, Huntington and Vandenberg Counties are bucking the trend with growth in both home sales and median prices.
