Putnamville Inmate Gets More Time To Think About What He's Done

(PUTNAMVILLE) - A Putnamville correctional inmate will have more time to serve in prison following a new conviction this week for assaulting a prison guard.

Prosecutors say 34-year-old Michael Campbell Junior ordered 31-year-old Aaron Wood to beat up Sergeant Kevin Clark at the prison.

Prosecutors say Campbell is a member of a nationally-known gang.
