(PUTNAM COUNTY, FL) - Two Florida jail escapees thought to be headed to Crawfordsville, Indiana were apprehended in Northern Florida Saturday.
Authorities say Doni Ray Brown and Timothy Wayne Fletcher escaped from the Putnam County, Florida jail on Wednesday.
They're also suspected of killing a 66-year-old woman in Florida after the escape.
It's unclear why authorities suspected Crawfordsville was their destination.
