50-year-old Timothy Mercer is accused of breaking into a woman’s house Thursday, and stealing about five pounds of meat.
Mercer was arrested outside of a storage business where he'd been living.
Police say they found two boxes of hamburger helper and three pies outside mercer's storage unit.
No word yet on the charges he may face.
