(NINEVEH) - A 19-year-old man faces charges in connection with a party during which someone secretly taped a 15-year-old girl engaging in a sex act with a 14-year-old boy.
19-year-old Thomas Hibbs, the brother of the woman who owns the trailer where the party was held, is accused of sexual misconduct with a minor and providing alcohol to juveniles.
Police say they have identified five juveniles who either saw or distributed the video, including the person who taped the sexual encounter.
Those individuals have not been arrested.
