(MUNCIE) - The National Weather Service has confirmed the storm that ripped roofs off a barn and house and knocked down trees in Delaware County Wednesday was an F1 tornado.
Indiana Michigan Power had nearly 21,000 customers in South Bend, Fort Wayne, Muncie and other service areas out of power during the peak of the storm Wednesday night.
