(FRANKLIN) - A Franklin woman is charged with neglect following the overdose death of her 10-year-old son.
A warrant was issued Tuesday for the arrest of Roberta Lynn "Bobbie" Justus-Buck in the October death of Travis Buck.
Authorities say Travis had been dead for up to 12 hours before his mother called 911. Tests indicate the boy had high concentrations of the pain killer morphine and an antidepressant in his blood.
