(INDIANAPOLIS) - An Indianapolis man involved in a fatal crash in Hamilton County is under arrest.
Kyle Hughes told police he smoked marijuana and took sleeping pills and several other medicines before the crash that killed 45-year-old Angela Michael.
Hughes had his two-year-old son in the car during the crash. Both the son and Hughes were checked out at a hospital.
