(UNDATED) - The state of Indiana is near the bottom of a new survey that ranks states in terms of nursing home care quality.
The survey from the Centers For Medicare and Medicaid Services shows almost 28-percent of the state's nursing homes received the lowest ranking when it comes to health and quality-of-life indicators.
