(MUNCIE) - A Munice pastor is accused of sexually abusing teenage boys in his congregation.
52-year-old Matthew Kidd eluded Delaware County sheriff's deputies late Wednesday, but later surrendered.
Kidd is a pastor at Freedom Point Apostolic Church
