(UNDATED) - USDA Rural Development says a grant will help low-income homeowners in Union, Fayette and Wayne counties make repairs.
The money is part of a $9.6 million dollar grant that has been awarded nationally.
The funds will help families fix problems such as leaking roofs, unsafe plumbing or crumbling foundations.
