Accused Scammer Found Dead In Cleveland

(CLEVELAND, OH) - A private insurance adjuster accused in a multi-million-dollar arson-for-insurance scam based in Muncie died this week.

The body of Douglas Haynes was found along railroad tracks in Cleveland, Ohio. The cause of death was undetermined.

Haynes and four others had been indicted by a federal grand jury in Indianapolis last year.
