(ANDERSON) - Anderson police say a woman spent Christmas Eve burglarizing her own grandparents.
Madison County sheriff's investigators say 22-year-old Ashley Petty broke into her grandparents' home early Wednesday morning. Petty's grandparents were on vacation at the time.
Deputies found petty with two jewelry boxes, some coins, and a few painkillers. She is now facing a burglary charge.
