(INDIANAPOLIS) - Police found about 150 marijuana plants growing in a pole barn on the southeast side of Indianapolis.

The property owner, 49-year-old John Coulter, is under arrest.

Investigators say it appears the heated barn was built for the sole purpose of growing marijuana. It's equipped with sophisticated security and ventilation systems.

Police are weighing the plants to determine their street value.
