Mother Asks Judge To Maintain Church And School Separation

Last updated on Tuesday, December 30, 2008

(HUNTINGTON) - A federal judge is being asked to maintain separation between church—and school.

The Huntington County Community Schools reject the claim--but an unnamed woman and her eight-year-old son say a religious education program during the school day illegally advances religion.

They're asking a federal judge to shut down the program.
