(BLUFFTON) - Indiana conservation officers are investigating the apparent drowning of a Bluffton man who fell into a manure lagoon.
23-year-old Nicholas Cruz had been cleaning out a cattle lot and dumping manure into the lagoon at Sunny Park Dairy when he lost control of the skid loader he was using and fell into the lagoon.
Results from an autopsy are pending.
