Man Cleared Of Crime Now Accused Of Killing Girlfriend

(CROWN POINT) - A man who was cleared by DNA evidence in a rape case after serving several years in prison is now accused of murder.

51-year-old Marlon Pendleton is being held in Lake County Jail for allegedly killing his 45-year-old girlfriend.
