Public Hearing Scheduled For Crown Point Garbage To Ethanol Plant

(CROWN POINT) - The Lake County Solid Waste Management District will host a public hearing later this month about a proposed commercial bio-ethanol plant in Crown Point.
Evansville-based Powers Energy one is seeking to build an $80-million dollar facility that could create ethanol from garbage.
