(LAFAYETTE) - Criminal charges will not be filed against an Indianapolis man who ran over a teenage motorcyclist last week near a Lafayette mall, fatally injuring him.
Authorities say 47-year-old John Stillabower will be issued a traffic citation for "unsafe start."
19-year-old Bradley Trifone was dragged more than 300 feet after his motorcycle was struck last month by Stillabower's semi at a traffic light.
