(WINCHESTER) - Authorities say a former Randolph County emergency dispatcher is accused of trying to convince four teen girls that he had the authority to have them arrested.

22-year-old Jarrod Fisher told the girls he had the authority to arrest them unless they complied with his demands, which in some cases included partially disrobing.

Fisher is charged with six felonies: child solicitation, two counts of criminal confinement and three counts impersonation of a public servant.
