(INDIANAPOLIS) - During the shaky economy some Hoosiers may choose to stay in their current homes instead of moving into a new or different home.

Indiana Builders Association CEO Rick Wajda says many homeowners are opting to fix cosmetic things in their homes until the economy recovers. He says big home remodeling plans are also being placed on hold.

However, Wajda says there is still money out there for borrowers who want to buy a new home or remodel.
