Police Memorial Vandalized... Again

Last updated on Tuesday, September 2, 2008

(TERRE HAUTE) - A memorial to fallen officers along Indiana 63 South of Interstate 74 was vandalized for the second time on Monday.

The site, along Indiana 63 South of Interstate 74, honors Lake County sheriff's Deputy Gary Martin and State Police Lt. Gary Dudley. Both were struck and killed in August 2006 during a charity bike ride.

State police officers say the site was originally vandalized July 23. That investigation continues.
