(INDIANAPOLIS) - An elderly Indianapolis woman is in serious but stable condition after a robber beat her in her home. He got away with her purse and 15 dollars.
Metro police say the robber came to 84-year-old Geneva Meadows' doorvand asked for a phone book.
When the victim returned with the book, the man attacked her.
