(OSCEOLA) - An unidentified man flipped his truck and was shot to death by an off duty Mishawaka police officer while trying to get away.
The officer was on his way home Monday night and spotted what he thought to be suspicious activity in a car lot.
In the process of the investigation, authorities say a scuffle took place, where the suspect tried to flee the scene, resulting in the officer related shooting.
