(GREENCASTLE) - A Sullivan County man is back in jail less than twelve hours after his initial release.
State police say 22-year-old Darren Roberts was arrested early this morning for allegedly stealing a car and beer before leading officers on a five mile chase.
Roberts had been previously released from the Sullivan County Jail Tuesday after serving time for auto theft.
