Judge Faces Drunk Driving Charges

(INDIANAPOLIS) - An Allen County judge faces a DWI charge after being arrested late last week.

Circuit Judge Thomas Felts was stopped after not using his turn signal. He failed a field sobriety test and was arrested for DWI.

Felts handles the majority of Allen County's alcohol-related criminal cases.
